Devin finished a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and a Master of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at Sonoma State University in California. Subsequent to moving on from graduate school at the University of San Francisco, he moved to Portland, Oregon where he has been a lawyer since 2006. Devin speaks to customers in Oregon, Washington and California.

Devin centers his law rehearse on speaking to individuals harmed by the carelessness or unfortunate behavior of others, from admission through trial, and, if important, through the redrafting process.

Devin lives in Northwest Portland and makes consistent treks to the San Francisco Bay Area and Seattle. He appreciates bicycling, outdoors, snowshoeing, perusing, watching films and going to live shows.
